Constitution signed by Harold Duighan, new nation established!

Today, on December 22, 2020, after a long era of uncertainty and instability, the new O'Duighan Constitution has been signed by Harold Duighan! It has not been publicly released yet, and it has not been fully ratified or finalized, but the completed draft has been officially signed by Harold Duighan, and the new Duighan state has been established, which is officially called the Independent Republic of O'Duighan, or the IRD. The new flag and Coat of Arms have been finished, and the nation has been established, however, with a stable government system and everything as outlined in the Constitution. New events shall be reported on as they unfold.
