2020 for many was an immensely crazy year, which is quite obvious given the state of the world. However, O'Duighan has also seen many things happen, which I shall mention here.
Firstly, the dissolution of the Great States of O'Duighan, and the drafting of a new constitution, which was caused by the Great President's decision to begin the slow but arduous process of trying to begin turning the nation towards a more serious direction. This led to a provisional government, and now a new nation, the Independent Republic of O'Duighan, has been established.
Next, and the most distressing situation, is the discovery of the Coronavirus in O'Duighan. As of December 26, 1 case of Coronavirus has been discovered, and another person has been greatly suspected to have Coronavirus. The first case was discovered after someone in the nation was discovered to have had all the symptoms of Coronavirus, including the loss of taste and smell. This was further solidified with the discovery that they had been in contact with someone else who had Coronavirus, which that same person had apparently gotten another person sick as well. However, they are making a great recovery, and are beginning to get their sense of smell back. The other person who is suspected to have gotten Coronavirus seemingly got extremely sick today, and it is suspected they may have gotten it from the person who also had Coronavirus. However, they are not experiencing all the symptoms, so it is not known if they have it.
Overall, however, the nation seems to be doing quite well as of recently. Despite the immense turmoil of the world, we hope that our nation shall be able to make it out in one piece, and eventually begin to prosper.
