Great States of O'Duighan dissolved after new Constitution begins to be drafted.

As of today on Ede 57, 1901, (December 14, 2020) the Great States of O'Duighan is officially dissolved, once again. This decision was made by Harold Duighan, the Great President of O'Duighan, because of Simbach A. Vazo's suggestions to make the nation a more serious endeavor, and to begin professionalising the nation. Harold eventually made the decision to create a new constitution, which is currently still being written, and to form a new government that shall fit the new road the nation has taken. Many changes shall be made, including the removal of the Cing, and the removal of cats as citizens, as well as the ending of the Duighan-Cat War and a new law stating that O'Duighan shall be a neutral nation.

The nation shall also adopt a new flag and a new coat of arms. However, these changes will not be made until the constitution is written and ratified. For now, a provisional government will be installed as a stand-in for the eventual transition.
